Product description

Semi-matte gold classic sublimation sheet cut to 149 x 230 mm format. Fitted for a 9x12' wooden backing. Offers all the advantages of our most popular PLATINUM sheet series. Provides very good thermal transfer results.

The PLATINUM series is the basic sheet metal model in our range. It has the best quality-to-price ratio. It is best suited to traditional applications where both adequate reproduction of colour images (including photographs) and high resolution of letters and small vector elements are needed. Printing on Platinum tin is the basis for the production of high-quality diplomas, information boards, nameplates, badges, medals and all kinds of decorative elements.

Transfer technology:

Transfer to the sheet can be made using any flat transfer press. When making sublimation print on A4 and larger formats, we recommend extending the specified standard transfer time. Platinum sheets are heated by "through paper" method, the sheet with the attached print is inserted into the press so that bottom of print has contact with the plate

TRANSFER PARAMETERS

Transfer technology: The product is intended for printing in sublimation technology. It can be printed in any flat press.
Print: The print (printer with sublimation ink and sublimation paper) should be made with mirroring.
Transfer temperature: 185 °C
Transfer time:: 45 seconds for A5 and smaller formats. For larger formats, increase the transfer parameters by about 10 seconds (depending on the press).
Additional information: The parameters are only an approximate value and may vary depending on the transfer press used, the heater condition or the ambient conditions.
