We work with specialized courier companies that guarantee safe delivery of the package. If, due to damage or non-original packaging of the delivered package, there are doubts as to its condition - please do not receive the package, as this may result in the complaint being rejected by the courier company. You should inform us about the event, and after receiving confirmation from the courier about the damage to the package, we will send a new product as soon as possible or refund the amount paid.
