The JAVA cup with saucer and spoon is a practical and complete set, ready for sublimation printing. The pure white of the product ensures excellent results with thermal transfer, making it the ideal vehicle for personalisation.

The outside of the cup is coated with a layer of polyester, ideal for sublimation, allowing you to personalise the cup according to your needs. The bottom of the cup is not suitable for printing, nor are the saucer and spoon. The print area on the cup is 45x200 mm.

Transfer technology
The product is designed to be printed using sublimation technology. Please use the template available in the "downloads" section to create your design.
Print
The printout (sublimation inkjet printer and sublimation paper) should be mirror-imaged and measure 45x200 mm.
Transfer temperature (press with start and end temperature, e.g. Schwitzler White Horizon):
Start temperature: 150 ° C, final temperature: 165 ° C
Transfer time (press with start and end temperature, e.g. Schwitzler White Horizon):

Tips:
After the transfer, cool the cup quickly by placing it in hot water or putting the bottom up in a cold room.
Additional information
The parameters are only an approximate value and may vary depending on the transfer press used, the heater condition or the ambient conditions.
