Proffe Electric automatic transfer press

The SCHWITZLER Proffe Electric is an automatic flatbed press with a 50 x 40 cm sliding work table, designed for sublimation printing on flat materials. This model has been designed to ensure comfortable operation, particularly where speed, process stability and operator comfort are key. 

The press is equipped with an automatic mechanism for closing and opening the heating surface, which operates without a pneumatic system. Once the cycle has started, the machine closes automatically and opens again after the set time has elapsed. It is also possible to open the press early using the side buttons, which gives greater control over the process. The clamping force is electronically adjustable (10 levels)

The Proffe Electric model has been designed exclusively for sublimation transfer. This means it works best with products and materials intended for this technology, in accordance with the specifications provided for specific items. Sublimation allows you to achieve a durable print that is imperceptible to the touch, faithfully reproducing colours and details, as well as applying virtually any graphic, photo, logo or text. This is precisely why this technology has remained one of the primary methods for personalising products with a polyester layer for years.
