Cutting mat for Brother ScanNCut SDX900 plotter 

The 30.5 × 30.5 cutting mat with light adhesive has been designed for precise cutting of thin paper, carbon paper and other delicate materials that require extreme care when working with the plotter. Designed for the Brother ScanNCut SDX series, it works perfectly with the SDX900 model, ensuring high cutting accuracy and ease of use even on highly complex projects. 


Suitable adhesive strength for sensitive projects

The working surface of the mat is coated with a weak adhesive that holds the material securely while the plotter is running, yet allows it to be removed seamlessly after cutting. This is crucial for thin paper, tracing paper, label paper or openwork patterns, which could easily be damaged if adhered too tightly. 

Thickness range of materials handled:
  • od 0,1 mm to 0,5 mm
  • paper: 80–200 g/m²
  • thin cardboard: do 200 g/m²
  • tracing paper: ca. 0,07 mm
  • thin and self-adhesive film
  • label paper


Scanning and advanced positioning function

The mat works in conjunction with the scanning function built into the ScanNCut plotter, which allows for precise pattern positioning and contour cutting of printed graphics. 
  • precise cutting along the contours of pre-printed designs,
  • easy adaptation of the design to individual elements (e.g. printed motifs or unusual shapes).
