Sublimation pillowcase LINEN

The decorative LINEN sublimation pillowcase, measuring 40 x 40 cm, is made of thick polyester with a dense linen weave that perfectly imitates natural linen. Its unique look and high quality make it ideal as a base for creating elegant, personalised home textiles.

The pillowcase can be printed on both sides. The sublimation technique allows for a full-colour print, which reproduces the colours brilliantly while remaining highly durable. The natural shade of ecru and the texture of the fabric give the design an aesthetic, rustic character that goes well with many interior styles: from classic to modern. 

A discreetly sewn-in zip allows the pillowcase to be quickly and conveniently put on and taken off. Thanks to its standard size, the pillowcase fits most inserts, which can be purchased separately.

Sublimation print on pillowcase

The procedure for sublimation printing on a pillowcase involves printing the design with a sublimation printer on special sublimation paper using sublimation inks. The resulting design is then transferred to the polyester material using a flat transfer press. 

This technique makes it possible to use an unlimited range of colours, to achieve smooth tonal transitions, high precision, durability and sharpness of detail, as well as perfect smoothness of the print - the effect of blending into the material.

Przed wykonaniem transferu należy zamknąć koszulkę w prasie na kilka sekund w celu usunięcia wilgoci. Aby uniknąć przenikania nadruku pomiędzy frontem a tyłem koszulki, do środka należy włożyć czystą kartkę papieru.
