Guillotine for metal and aluminium CHILLI 

The CHILLI metal guillotine has been designed for professional sheet metal processing in companies involved in marking, engraving and sign production. Its robust construction guarantees stability, repeatable cutting and a long service life.  The guillotine offers very high cutting quality and leaves smooth, clean edges, which minimises the need for additional processing. 

Enables cutting of, among other things:

  • aluminium sheet up to 1.0 mm,  
  • brass sheet up to 0.6 mm,  
  • flexible plastic sheet up to 1.3 mm.  

The robust design makes the device easy to operate, and servicing and maintenance are limited to basic inspections.

Use in production and workshops 

  • Used in production and workshops in engraving and sublimation studios,  
  • printing houses and advertising agencies,  
  • companies producing nameplates, engraved signs, shop signs and emblems,  
  • workshops producing information panels, descriptive plates, serial numbers and door plates.
It works well wherever dimensional repeatability, precise cutting and an aesthetic end result are important, without frayed edges or material deformation.


Maintenance and operation 

To maintain high cutting quality and extend the service life of the CHILLI guillotine, it is advisable to perform basic maintenance tasks regularly:
  • Clean the blade gently, without using strong chemicals or solvents.  
  • Ensure that the workstation is level.  
  • Lubricate the pivot points and slides with grease or machine oil (silicone sprays are not recommended)
  • periodically check the tightness of screws and fasteners, check and, if necessary, correct the blade adjustment.
