SCHULZE Mug 4 Press sublimation press
The SCHULZE Mug 4 Press is an advanced thermal transfer press for the intensive production of sublimation prints on mugs, conical cups or beer mugs. The machine is dedicated to companies with serial orders, advertising studios and photo gift manufacturers, where the combination of high productivity and reproducible print quality is crucial.
The press is equipped with four independent heaters that allow sublimation to be performed simultaneously on four cups. Each heating element has its own pressure adjustment, so that the pressure can be precisely adapted to the characteristics of the specific cup model. The shock absorbing springs used allow the pressure to be automatically equalised, which is particularly important for cups with minimally different diameters. This solution increases the life of the heaters and eliminates the risk of uneven graphic transfer.
As standard, the press is supplied with heaters for 80 mm diameter mugs, but thanks to the modular design, it is possible to replace the heating elements with many other variants. In this way, one unit handles a wide range of products, significantly increasing production flexibility.
