Production of a statuette for sublimation

The product consists of two parts - a glass statuette and a solid stand, which facilitates both the sublimation process and subsequent assembly. The assembly of the statuette is extremely easy thanks to the screwed base. These elements do not require the use of glue, which guarantees an aesthetically pleasing and durable connection.
The glass top has a white polyester coating on one side to enable precise printing in the full colour palette, which emphasises the intensity of the colours.

Printing on a glass statuette for sublimation

The statuette is designed to be printed using sublimation technology. It can be printed in any flatbed transfer press that provides the appropriate transfer parameters. The best results can be obtained on a press whose heater closes parallel to the base. The transfer is carried out "through the product". - In this method, the product facing down with the printing surface is placed on the work surface on top of the sublimation print facing upwards. Transfer time and temperature can be found under "TRANSFER PARAMETERS".
