Sublimation mug EMAL

The EMAL ceramic mug with yellow interior is a small, lightweight mug designed for sublimation printing. It is distinguished by its classic shape inspired by enamelled mugs, with a slightly turned-up rim, but is made of high-quality ceramic.

The glossy white exterior provides the perfect backdrop for the print, while the yellow interior adds contrast.

EMAL mug printing

During the printing process, it is important to remember that the mug is lower than standard models, so its rim should extend beyond the transfer press. To ensure that the heat is evenly dissipated during the printing process and, in addition, that the heater does not deform, it is recommended to place a second mug on the opposite side of the heater - this will ensure that it closes evenly.

Product is designed for sublimation printing. To make the print, you need a transfer press for cups with a diameter of 80 mm or a transfer oven / 3D press with clamp support.

The printout (printer with sublimation ink and sublimation paper) should be made in a mirror image and have dimensions of 55x170 mm.
