Sublimation glass for RIKO wooden frame 

The glass for the RIKO wooden frame is a replaceable panel designed for RIKO wooden frames in vertical and horizontal orientation. The glass pane, measuring 127 x 178 mm and approx. 3 mm thick, has been adapted to the guides in the frames, so that after printing, it can simply be inserted into the stand to obtain a ready-made glass plate with a print. 

One side of the glass is coated with a polyester coating designed for sublimation. The printable side is easily recognisable by its matt finish, which facilitates the correct positioning of the transfer paper and reduces the risk of error. Printing is done without mirror imaging.

The panel can be used not only as part of a RIKO frame. Thanks to its universal format, it also works well as a stand-alone glass panel for sublimation, mounted in individual bases, holders, stands or display systems, wherever a small glass panel with printing is needed.

Thermal transfer on glass

The glass can be printed using any flat transfer press designed for sublimation, which ensures even pressure across the entire surface. When preparing the file for printing, we create the design without using mirror imaging.

Product is designed for sublimation printing. To make the print, you need a transfer press for cups with a diameter of 80 mm or a transfer oven / 3D press with clamp support.
