The Schwitzler Silver WENUS SWING is a modern premium transfer press designed for professional printers, advertising studios and manufacturers of personalised garments.

This model combines an ergonomic swing & drawer design, an electric motor with up to 360 kg of clamping power and an advanced LCD control panel, offering precise and repeatable print quality with complete operational safety.

Thanks to the electric press technology, the WENUS SWING operates much quieter than pneumatic presses, eliminating the need for an air compressor.

It is designed for all types of sublimation and thermal transfer materials, including trimless laser papers, flex film, transfer papers, DTF printing and classic sublimation. 

Application of the WENUS SWING transfer press

The WENUS SWING press has been developed for professional sublimation and thermal transfer applications. It is perfect for personalising clothing, accessories and advertising gadgets.

  • prints on bags, pillowcases, polyester panels and advertising fabrics, production of souvenirs and gadgets (e.g.

With its high heating power and precise pressure, the WENUS SWING guarantees a perfect printing result even with high production loads.


Features and functions of the WENUS SWING automatic press

  • Electric design without compressor - quiet, economical and comfortable to use.
  • Press force of up to 360 kg - stable, even pressure for the highest print quality.
  • Swing & drawer design - maximum ergonomics and work safety. The top plate swings to the side, freeing the workspace from heat, and the pull-out drawer facilitates the positioning of garments.
  • Threadable base - allows garments to be threaded onto the lower plate, speeding up project preparation and preventing imprints.
  • Magnetic drawer system - prevents the drawer from moving uncontrollably during operation.
  • Advanced LCD controller - allows precise control of temperature, time and pressure.
  • Features standby (P-5) and pressure control (P-4) for increased safety and energy savings.
  • Triple thermal protection system - independent sensors monitor the supply line, neutral line and hotplate to protect against overheating.
  • Four compensation springs - even pressure distribution across the work surface.
  • Swivel angle of 145° - convenient access to the plate, even with large fabric formats.
  • Two-handed operation - increased operator safety when closing the press.
  • Accepts fabrics up to 4.5 cm (1.97") thick - enables work with a wide range of substrates.

Control system and modes

The Schwitzler Silver series presses are equipped with an advanced multifunctional controller. The device offers 4 operating modes, allowing the transfer process parameters to be fine-tuned:
P1 - temperature setting,
P2 - annealing time setting,
P3 - temperature unit selection (°C/°F),
* P4 - on automatic models, allows adjustment of the pressing force from 0 to 28.

In addition, there is a P5 mode, the EKO timer, which allows the press to be programmed to shut down automatically after between 0 and 120 minutes of inactivity. This function increases safety of use and reduces energy consumption, protecting the machine from overuse.
