Application of the ORION transfer press
The Schwitzler Silver ORION press is the ideal solution for professionals involved in sublimation, thermal transfer, flex film and HTV (heat transfer vinyl) printing. It will prove its worth in both advertising production and personalisation of clothing and gadgets.

Features and functions of the ORION press
- Swing & drawer design - the ability to swivel the upper plate by 145° and extend the lower plate increases safety and convenience. The user is free to position material away from the heat source.
- Heat-free workspace - operator safety and easier material positioning.
- Threaded base plate with garment threading capability - allows quick and precise placement of shirts, sweatshirts or bags without the risk of shifting the print. The ability to easily rotate the material on the work plate reduces production time.
- Advanced LCD controller - precise real-time temperature and time reading. Intuitive touch panel allows easy adjustment of settings, and P-4 standby mode (up to 120 minutes) ensures energy savings and safety.
- Real-time digital readouts - accurate monitoring of the progress of each transfer cycle.
- Triple thermal protection system - three independent sensors protect the press from overheating. Two of these control the power and neutral wires, and the third controls the temperature of the hotplate.
- Protective cap - protects the operator from burns.
- Robust steel construction - ensures stability, durability and even pressure distribution.Manual press style - full control over the pressing force, perfect for precision implementations.
- Maximum opening angle of 145° - provides unobstructed access to the work surface.

Control system and modes
The Schwitzler Silver series presses are equipped with an advanced multifunctional controller. The device offers 4 operating modes, allowing the transfer process parameters to be fine-tuned:
P1 - temperature setting,
P2 - annealing time setting,
P3 - temperature unit selection (°C/°F),
* P4 - on automatic models, allows adjustment of the pressing force from 0 to 28.
In addition, there is a P5 mode, the EKO timer, which allows the press to be programmed to shut down automatically after between 0 and 120 minutes of inactivity. This function increases safety of use and reduces energy consumption, protecting the machine from overuse.
