The Schwitzler Silver NEPTUN is a state-of-the-art, all-electric transfer press in the Schwitzler Silver series, designed for the mass production of the highest quality prints.

With two workstations and full automation of the pressing process, it provides maximum productivity and repeatability, eliminating the need for compressed air.

This solution is dedicated to professional users dealing with sublimation, flex film transfer, transfer paper, DTF printing or thermal transfer on textiles and other materials.

The NEPTUN model combines 2200 watts of power, a clamping force of up to 360 kg and an ergonomic swing-drawer design to guarantee precise, fast and comfortable operation in everyday production work.

Application of the NEPTUN transfer press

The Schwitzler Silver NEPTUN press is designed for professional studios that need an efficient and precise machine for batch work.
It is ideal for printing:

on clothing (T-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, aprons, sportswear),
on advertising textiles (bags, pillowcases, coasters, polyester panels),
on hard substrates (ceramic tiles, aluminium, HDF), in personalisation of gadgets by sublimation, DTF and thermal transfer of foils and papers.

Thanks to its stable clamping pressure and precise parameter adjustment, the NEPTUN guarantees excellent print quality even under high production loads.

Features and functions of the Silver NEPTUN automatic press

All-electric two-station press - no compressed air required, making operation more convenient and quieter.
Motor generating up to 360 kg of clamping force - ensures perfect pattern transfer and uniform pressure across the entire surface of the board.
Automatic and semi-automatic modes - ability to adapt the work to the type of material and the operator's preference.
Swing & drawer design - the combination of a swivel arm and a pull-out drawer allows easy and safe product placement and increases ergonomics.
Magnetic system that locks the drawer - prevents the drawer from extending uncontrolled during loading and operation of the appliance.
Threadable and replaceable base (threadable base) - allows easy threading and turning of garments without risk of damaging the print.
Precise LCD touchscreen controller - allows precise adjustment of temperature, time and pressure, as well as storing settings in the unit's memory.
Stand-by mode - automatically enters sleep mode after 120 minutes of inactivity (P-5 mode), increasing safety and saving energy.
Triple thermal protection - independent systems protect the power cord, neutral cord and hob, protecting the unit from overheating.
Four compensation springs - even pressure distribution over the entire plate surface.
Protective cap - increases operator safety and protects against burns.
Maximum rotation angle of 145° - provides convenient access to the work surface.
Safe two-handed operation - guarantees full control of the press closing and opening process.
It accepts objects up to 1.97" (approx. 4.5 cm) thick - enabling it to work with a wide range of substrates: from thin fabrics to thicker advertising and ceramic materials.

Control system and modes

The Schwitzler Silver series presses are equipped with an advanced multifunctional controller. The device offers 4 operating modes, allowing the transfer process parameters to be fine-tuned:
P1 - temperature setting,
P2 - annealing time setting,
P3 - temperature unit selection (°C/°F),
* P4 - on automatic models, allows adjustment of the pressing force from 0 to 28.

In addition, there is a P5 mode, the EKO timer, which allows the press to be programmed to shut down automatically after between 0 and 120 minutes of inactivity. This function increases safety of use and reduces energy consumption, protecting the machine from overuse.
