Schwitzler Silver LUNA flatbed transfer press

LUNA is an advanced professional transfer press from the Schwitzler Silver series, designed for intensive, daily work in the product personalisation industry. The LUNA model is aimed at users for whom reliability, precision and work safety are important. It is a press that will prove its worth in medium-sized production facilities as well as in large companies involved in sublimation, thermal transfer and personalisation of textiles and advertising products.

Thanks to its two workstations (dual station), it makes it possible to carry out prints twice as fast as a classic single-station press, without the need to invest in two separate machines. The press allows transfers to be carried out in parallel - one plate is working while the other is being prepared for the next print.

The Schwitzler Silver LUNA press has been designed for professional use in the advertising and production industries. It enables sublimation and thermal transfer printing on a wide range of products, including:

decorative elements: HDF panels, aluminium sheets, glass

Features and functions of the Silver LUNA press

Two-platen design (dual plates) - allows operation on two plates, increasing production efficiency and reducing downtime between cycles.
Manual model (manual heat press) - allows full control over the pressing process and transfer time.
Swing-away movement (rotating hot plate system) - ensures user safety by eliminating the risk of contact with the hot surface.
Advanced touchscreen LCD panel - precise temperature and time control, easy-to-read interface and stand-by function for up to 120 minutes.
Precise parameter control - temperature range up to 232°C and time up to 999 seconds to suit different types of materials.
Triple thermal protection system - independent protections for the power cord, neutral cord and hotplate protect the unit from overheating.
Threaded and interchangeable base - allows quick threading of garments or replacement of lower work plates.
High power (1800-2200 W) - ensures rapid heating and stable temperature maintenance throughout the process.
Ergonomic handle with assisted function - makes the operator's job easier by reducing effort when lifting the plate.
Accepts products up to 1.97" thick - allows a wide range of materials to be worked with, from thin textiles to thicker advertising substrates.

Control system and modes

The Schwitzler Silver series presses are equipped with an advanced multifunctional controller. The device offers 4 operating modes, allowing the transfer process parameters to be fine-tuned:
P1 - temperature setting,
P2 - annealing time setting,
P3 - temperature unit selection (°C/°F),
* P4 - on automatic models, allows adjustment of the pressing force from 0 to 28.

In addition, there is a P5 mode, the EKO timer, which allows the press to be programmed to shut down automatically after between 0 and 120 minutes of inactivity. This function increases safety of use and reduces energy consumption, protecting the machine from overuse.
